Mark is a director at Superstructures and is a Chartered Structural Engineer. He complements James’ strong design ethos with his practical and straight forward approach to complex structures.
Mark graduated from Nottingham university with a degree in Civil Engineering. Following his graduation Mark spent a number of years working on site for a Civil Engineering contractor. He gained valuable practical experience which means he can easily relate to the problems involved on construction sites. Mark’s experience enables him to create designs which are simple, effective and efficient.
Mark is an approved NHBC timber frame certifier
Prior to joining Superstructures, Mark spent 7 years working for a Civil and Structural design consultancy, working on a wide variety of projects from small extensions to multi-million pound care homes. He has a keen interest in sustainable design, most notably timber frame and SIPS construction.
Outside the business Mark plays football (while he still can) and cricket. He also runs, skis and generally enjoys the Suffolk peninsular lifestyle!
